I had the pleasure of “meeting” Rachel through Instagram (so funny that’s a thing these days, amirite?!), and when we chatted more I was able to learn about her and her wonderful fiance, Evan. They’re both originally from my hometown’s sister state, Pennsylvania, and during the early, frigid morning of their engagement session we all reminisced about how much colder Ohio and Pennsylvania were right at that moment. (Even though it was about 28 degrees when we first started – yikes!)
Rachel and Evan met me near the Bank of America Stadium to capture a beautiful sunrise that hit the Queen City skyline just right. After photographing some quite chilly, yet adorable, moments on the green way, we headed to Not Just Coffee for a fuel up/warm up and captured more candid moments of these two sweethearts at Romare Bearden Park. I’m pretty positive sunrise sessions are my new favorite thing (even more than sunset sessions – well, maybe)! I think you’d have to agree! Let the photos speak for themselves.
