Southworth & Hyacinth | Brand Session

Easterday Creative | Adventurous wedding photographer and visual storyteller for rad humans and unique brands | Charlotte brand photographer | Editorial photography | Southworth & Hyacinth

From engagement photos to headshots for acting to wedding photography and now to brand photography, I’ve had the pleasure of capturing Analisa Wall of Southworth & Hyacinth for nearly two years. (And I have the added benefit of being her friend!)

When we were planning her brand photography session, we knew it would be important to capture Analisa in her home office to truly show off her personality, and give the full picture (haha–unintentional pun) of what it looks like behind the scenes as she designs her gorgeous jewelry pieces.

Analisa began her business in 2015 with re-purposed gems from vintage jewelry given to her by her great grandmother (who she got the name Southworth from!) while she was in college pursuing her passion–musical theatre.

“It’s great because I can run my business while pursing a theatre career simultaneously,” said Analisa. “Not many others have this opportunity.”

Southworth & Hyacinth was founded on a desire to not only design beautiful pieces of wire-wrapped jewelry, but to give holistic wellness a new pathway to connect to larger audiences.

“When crystals found me several years ago, I knew I needed to use them in my art,” said Analisa. “From then on out it was my mission to help break the stigma of using crystals as a form of holistic wellness, and since then I haven’t looked back.”
